Question 1

Is Formalingo really free?

Accepted Answer

During our pilot period, all plans are completely free with full features and no response limits. No credit card required.

Question 2

Can Formalingo replace SurveyMonkey for surveys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Formalingo supports 31 question types including rating scales, matrix questions, ranking, and opinion scales — covering all standard survey needs. It also adds AI generation and digital signatures that SurveyMonkey does not offer.

Question 3

Does SurveyMonkey have AI form generation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SurveyMonkey offers Build with AI, a GPT-powered survey generation feature available on all plans including free. Formalingo additionally supports document upload (DOCX/PDF/CSV) to auto-generate forms from existing content.

Question 4

What does Formalingo have that SurveyMonkey does not?

Accepted Answer

Document import (DOCX/PDF/CSV to form), built-in digital signatures with audit trails, native RTL/Hebrew support, and no response limits on the free plan. Both platforms offer AI form generation — SurveyMonkey via Build with AI, Formalingo via chat and document upload. SurveyMonkey has a larger integration marketplace and more survey-specific analysis tools.

Question 5

Can I migrate my forms from SurveyMonkey to Formalingo?

Accepted Answer

While there is no direct import from SurveyMonkey, you can export your survey as a document and upload it to Formalingo. The AI will parse it and recreate the form automatically.
