This page lists the main infrastructure and optional integration providers that may process customer data when Formalingo features are enabled.
Core infrastructure subprocessors
- Supabase - database, authentication, object storage, and platform infrastructure.
- Vercel - application hosting, build infrastructure, and runtime delivery.
- Google Gemini / Google AI - AI document parsing and generation when AI features are used.
- Resend and customer-configured SMTP providers - email delivery when enabled.
Optional integration subprocessors
- Stripe and Paddle - payment processing when payment fields or billing are used.
- Twilio - SMS or WhatsApp delivery when messaging integrations are configured.
- Google Sheets, Slack, monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Jira, Linear, Trello, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM - only when customers configure those integrations.
- ip-api.com - approximate IP geolocation for analytics and visit context.
- Google Analytics and Mixpanel - marketing/product analytics subject to user consent settings and implementation limits.
Subprocessor changes
Formalingo should provide notice of material subprocessor changes for customers under an executed DPA. Customers with strict approval requirements should request contractual notice terms.
