Provider acceptance and delivery status

For email and WhatsApp, success reports whether the provider accepted the request. It does not confirm inbox delivery. Use state, requestAccepted, providerStatus and blockedReason to distinguish acceptance, confirmed delivery, failure and unknown outcomes. An accepted request can subsequently fail; its acceptance flag remains true while its current state records the failure.
